Terms of Service
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms govern use of EAS Chatbot Engine, operated by Executive AI Studio (“we”, “us”). By signing up, creating a workspace, or using an assistant built on this platform, you agree to them.
The service
EAS Chatbot Engine lets a business (“operator”) build an AI assistant that answers from the operator's own knowledge, on their website and on channels they connect (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, email). We provide the platform; the operator is responsible for the content of their assistant's knowledge base and for how they represent their own business through it.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for anyone you invite into your workspace and for the credentials you connect to it.
- Channel credentials (WhatsApp/Messenger/Instagram tokens, mailbox passwords) must be ones you are authorized to use.
- We may suspend a workspace that is used to send unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, or that violates a connected channel provider's own terms (e.g. Meta's WhatsApp/Messenger/Instagram policies).
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, or message anyone without a lawful basis to do so.
- Impersonate a person or business you are not authorized to represent.
- Attempt to access another workspace's data, or to circumvent the platform's access controls.
- Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful in the jurisdiction you operate in.
AI-generated answers
An assistant's replies are generated by an AI model from the knowledge an operator provides. We build guardrails to keep answers grounded in that knowledge, but an AI reply can still be wrong. An operator is responsible for reviewing their assistant's knowledge base and behavior, and for how their customers are told to reach a real person when needed.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party providers the platform depends on (Anthropic, Google, Meta, and others) can affect availability outside our control.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms, with notice where practical.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss arising from an AI-generated reply.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
